JUSTIN FLOYD

I don’t look for incremental improvements. I look at broken systems — systems too large and too important to remain broken — and build the layer that fixes them permanently.

That’s not a strategy. It’s the only approach that makes sense when the problem is civilisational in scale.

THE TRACK RECORD

Over 30 years and approximately 70 countries, I have founded and scaled four technology infrastructure companies.

Vecta Software — acquired by Kerridge Commercial Systems. One of the first Salesforce AppExchange partners in 2006.

Cambridge Medical Robotics — co-founded the original entity. Now CMR Surgical, valued at £3 billion. Forty-five thousand surgical procedures completed. The Versius robot is changing how surgery is performed globally.

CCL Group — $1 billion in transactions within two years of launch.

RedCloud Holdings PLC — the fourth and largest. Intelligent infrastructure for global trade. Listed on NASDAQ in 2025 under ticker RCT. Six global hubs. 1,000 distributors. 6,000 FMCGs. 60,000 retailers. $6 billion in annual trading volume. 95% retention. 63% year-on-year growth.

THE VISION

$14 trillion in annual global trade runs on paper, WhatsApp, and guesswork. That is not a logistics problem. It is an intelligence problem.

RedCloud is the Third Infrastructure — after the Internet and GPS. The intelligence layer that 1 billion businesses will eventually have to use to survive. Not a product. A new global utility.

The decision. Made. Before you knew you needed it.

BEYOND REDCLOUD

I am a board member of the AI Trust Foundation and the author of Nine Meals from Anarchy — a book about global supply chain fragility and what it takes to rebuild civilisational infrastructure. Forthcoming 2026.

I am based across London, Paris, and New York.

Open commerce, with the help of AI, provides three key benefits: Immediate Visibility, Digital and Efficient Trading and Improved Supply Chain Management.
